We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community, including Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy services.
Job Description
We are open to discussions with OTs at all levels of experience who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

Daily responsibilities include:
Managing caseloads and delivering therapeutic services.
Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning through observations and assessments.
Formulating individualized treatment goals based on assessment findings.
Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Supporting adaptations to environments such as homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities.
Recommending Assistive Technology to enhance independence.
Staying informed on current legislation to ensure compliance.
Qualifications and skills required:
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Proactive, motivated by improvement and innovation.
Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
Ability to work independently.
Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
