About The Role
Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver a flexible, child-centred program tailored to meet the unique needs of children with additional needs and their families.
Lead and support staff with training and guidance to ensure the highest standards of inclusive care and support.
Plan and deliver engaging , play-based activities that encourage learning, exploration, and social development.
Create a safe, supportive environment where children with additional needs feel valued, included, and empowered.
Provide ongoing advocacy and support for children's individual care plans and requirements.
Receive comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and career development opportunities.
Serve as a trusted and compassionate leader within the school and broader TheirCare community.

What You Bring
Experience in supporting children with additional needs, including training or managing teams in this context.
Strong understanding of disability support, inclusion practices, and child development.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail in delivering tailored support.
Excellent communication skills, fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
A commitment to TheirCare's values of Caring, Open, and Engaged.
Compliance Requirements
Valid Employee Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid and CPR certification or willing to obtain.
Child Protection Training and Mandatory Reporting knowledge.
Working towards or holding an ACECQA-approved Diploma level qualification.
