We're on the lookout for talented **Data Platform Consultants **to join our Crew.

You can be based anywhere in Australia, with the option of working from home, remotely working/ Hybrid or working from our Melbourne or Sydney office - or any combination of these options.

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead, engage and manage teams for an external customer base. Someone who lives and breathes data and understands all its complexities.

**Our ideal person will have**:

- Exposure to, or an understanding of, a broad cross-section of on prem, hybrid and cloud data platforms.
- Experience leading a data stream and working with senior stakeholders
- A solid understanding of functional architecture, modern data warehousing, big data analytics and CI/CD best practices.
- Experience with implementing and/or augmenting cloud-based data platforms for enterprise customers, including supporting solution architecture definition,
- Capable of working with security and identity management teams to design and deliver secure solutions that also support broader business objectives.
- Experience working with an external customer base, ideally in a consulting capacity
- Solid experience and high degree of comfort working with varied stakeholders up to and including C-level
- A creative problem-solving mindset
- The ability to turn ideas into tangible solutions
