Our client seeks a solicitor with a passion for real estate to join their Digital Legal Delivery team in Melbourne.
This role offers a unique chance to work with high-profile clients on high-volume leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors—leveraging cutting-edge legal technology and contributing to strategic global projects.
You will manage a diverse range of leasing transactions, support due diligence and broader real estate matters, and collaborate closely with colleagues across offices and practice groups worldwide.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment that rewards strong technical skills, efficiency, and a team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
2-5 years' experience as a property lawyer, preferably with exposure to high-volume leasing.
Eligible for an Unrestricted Practising Certificate.
Strong technical skills; drafting, negotiation, and matter management.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with external and internal clients/stakeholders/colleagues.
Genuine interest in legal technology, process innovation and the future of law.
