Site Reliability Engineer
IMC Trading | Sydney, Hybrid
Senior Level | Fintech / Software
Role :
Ensure reliability and scalability of real-time trading systems. Provide rapid incident response, support and monitor trading platforms, collaborate with tech and trading teams to implement lasting system improvements and automation.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain continuity of critical trading operations with urgent issue resolution
Proactively monitor and address system problems
Collaborate on system architecture evolution and deployment
Lead and ensure delivery of system improvements
Requirements :
Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years experience, including 3+ years in SRE or similar roles
Proficient in Linux, network setup, containers, Kubernetes
Skilled in Python and Bash; knowledge of Go, Java, C++ is a plus
Problem-solver with a proactive, can-do mindset
