**Our Centre**

**The Woods Early Education Centre** is located in Ashgrove, just 250 metres from Ashgrove State School. Our Centre opened in January 1998 and cares for up to 90 children aged from birth to 5 years. We are passionate about sustainability and love to explore these practices with the children in our care.

Our Lead Floats play such an important role within our service. You provide consistency for our children each day with your presence in and around the centre. Luckily for you, you get to build relationships with many children in the centre. You will be valued in this role at The Woods EEC.

**We are looking for**:

- Lead Educator
- Monday - Friday 5 days per week
- 38 hours with flexibility
- $27-$32 per hour + super + share of profit

- Children's health and safety will always be your first priority
- You will sing, laugh, play, and inspire learning
- Build relationships with your families and your team of educators

**We would love you to have**:

- A sense of humour, great work ethics and a reliable nature
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education or be studying towards one - we can help you with that as above
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children
