**The role**

The Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor for Food and Beverage will design, implement, report and evaluate accredited and non-accredited training and development programs.

This role will partner with key internal stakeholders across Food and Beverage to identify skills gaps, build capability, and support business objectives. This role works with our Learning and Development (L&D) team, to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Develop, customise, and deliver training programs, including technical, compliance, guest experience and operational skills, for food and beverage team members
- Facilitate engaging in-person sessions
- Ability to train a wide range of hospitality skills including but not limited to coffee, bar operations and cocktails
- Partner with Food and Beverage (F&B) Managers, Chefs, and other stakeholders to co-create tailored learning initiatives that support induction, season onboarding and other hospitality related program
- Ensure that all training and development aligns with food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and Crown policies and work instructions

**About you**

You'll bring the following:

- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Proven ability to design, development and facilitate learning programs within Food and Beverage
- Must possess 2+ years experience working in the Food and Beverage industry, within premium service venues
- Strong knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and experience in facilitation of RSA programs is desirable
- Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to work towards tight deadlines in a busy and fast paced environment
