Advanced Health Dental & Implant Centre is located on the ground floor of Bankstown's state of the art Flinders Centre, adjacent to the Bankstown Sports Club. Our team is looking to add an exceptional receptionist to our growing practice.

As an _**experienced**_ Dental Receptionist you will work closely with the clinicians to provide excellent customer service. As the first point of contact you will have the ability to build rapport with patients, you will contribute to the culture of the Dental Centre and have a high level of administration capabilities. As a cross trained receptionist/dental assistant, you will be capable of chair side assisting when required.

Other key responsibilities will include;
- Provide courteous, prompt and accurate information to all enquiries received
- Confidently answer phones with professionalism.
- Raise accounts and process payments, including cash handling, government vouchers, EFT, HICAPS, Afterpay and ZipPay
- Comply with policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe environment and personal presentation.
- Have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow through with tasks
- Have knowledge and ability to confidently assist with dental procedures where required

You will have the following attributes:

- Proven **experience in Dental Reception/Assisting**:

- Computer literacy, experience with dental software (Praktika highly desirable)
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with patients
- Good time management and high attention to detail
- Excellent listening skills and teamwork mentality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 - 42 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
