We are seeking a hard-working **Houseperson** to work at one of the leading luxury property in Victoria. This role is pivotal to the daily operations of our Housekeeping Department, ensuring linen, general cleanliness and other guest supplies are readily available. If you have excellent attention to detail, a positive can-do attitude and a passion for Travel & Tourism, we want to hear from you.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous Luxury Hotel housekeeping experience is highly regarded but full training will be provided for the right person
- We are seeking team members who are not afraid to go that extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience
- Availability to work up to 38 hours per week, **with availability for weekend work being essential.**:

- You must also hold the appropriate work rights to work within Australia with no restrictions.

**Key Position Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the collection and distribution of linens and towels to housekeeping staff.
- Transport dirty linens to the laundry area and assist with the loading and unloading of laundry machines.
- Fold and organize clean linens and towels for use by housekeeping staff.
- Assist room attendants in preparing guest rooms by replenishing supplies, removing trash, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Deliver extra amenities and supplies to guest rooms as requested.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in housekeeping storage areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for additional amenities or services
- Cleaning rooms/public areas tasks to the highest of standards when necessary
- Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department.

**Salary**: $24.08 - $54.18 per hour
