**The role**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource identification.
- Proactively manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Monitor and report project performance, providing updates on status, challenges, and key metrics.
- Focus on sustainability by incorporating alternative fuels and materials into projects.
- Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract management efforts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project outcomes.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
- Proven expertise in project management, ideally within heavy industry.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical background with a project-focused mindset.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proactive approach to fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
