We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager People & Culture Business Partnering to lead our high-performing team of People & Culture Business Partners. In this key leadership role, you will support business leaders in delivering operational excellence and building a culture of care, performance, and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Business Partnering & Leadership: Guide and enable a team of Business Partners and Advisors to deliver performance focused and commercially aligned support to leaders across the business.
- Industrial Relations: Collaborate with the IR team to implement industrial relations strategy. Coordinate resources and ensure a feedback loop to identify and address emerging issues.
- Workforce Planning: Lead site level workforce planning in partnership with Organisational Capability and Talent teams to enable proactive decision making.
- Change: Coordinate P&C operations support for change and growth initiatives.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology or a related field (postgraduate qualification desirable).
- Proven leadership experience within operational P&C teams.
- Strong background in change management and leading change initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in industrial relations, including bargaining, dispute resolution, and right of entry.
- Demonstrated experience leading investigations and managing conduct related matters.
