Product Manager - Make a Positive Impact on the World

We are working exclusively with an Ag Tech start-up who have a number of very successful products globally. This is a unique opportunity to join them as they start to scale out another product that will have a huge impact environmentally.

They are looking for a passionate Product Manager who is highly innovative and keen to make an impact, you will be a leader and be able to champion your ideas and work with stakeholders to bring the product to life. You are driven by deeply understanding the customers and their problems, to develop solutions as part of a high-performing team.

Data will be a big part of your decision-making process and you will be able to demonstrate using various data sources your reasons for designing and building the product and features and also help data guide you throughout.

You will be joining an established, passionate team that are looking to solve real-world problems for the greater good and you will have an opportunity to use your skills to make a difference.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Working with cross-functional teams to build and launch innovative, disruptive digital product and business in the agtech and climate-tech space
- Ensure the use of zero-to-one product management best practices in the development and delivery of our solution
- Promote an MVP-centric approach to product through a tightly-scoped build validated by customer feedback
- Act as the voice of the customer and ensure a customer-centric approach to product development
- Work in a specific and complex problem space, deeply understanding our customers' problems and jobs to be done to design delightful software solutions
- Building a product that is farmer-focused, but that can serve the needs of their key stakeholders including advisors and financers It's important for you to bring along:
**What you will bring to the role**:

- 3-5 years of product management experience
- A proven track record of building and launching delightful products through a customer-centric, iterative approach
- Mastery of key product management concepts, including a deep technical understanding of how software works, the software development lifecycle, and how to take a product from concept through launch
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working closely on technical problems with software engineers and designers
- Experience analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions and priorities
- A solid understanding of digital business models and how sound product strategy supports business goals
- Experience or exposure to products that drive user behaviour change, user upskilling, data visualization or decision support What is nice to have, be interested in, or willing to learn:

- Exposure to both B2B and B2C SaaS products
- Technical experience in, or exposure to, software development
- Experience conducting customer interviews as part of a structured user research program
- Experience working on "greenfield" product development and design
- Experience with SQL or data analysis tools, especially working on product analytics or customer datasets Expected Behaviours
- Curiosity and joy in learning new things
- Excellent prioritisation skills with the ability to understand the big-picture strategy and vision, and relate it to your and your teams' daily work
- A positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
