Product Owner - Mortgages (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

**What You'll Do**
- Grooming, scoring and collating all Mortgage minor enhancement requests from business stakeholders. These are requests made by business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, or required as part of a routine operational task.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including Feature Engineers, Product Managers, Distribution, Credit Operations, Risk & Compliance, and technical squads.
- Own the discovery phase of initiatives by gathering business requirements from stakeholders on the initiatives, and engaging with the Production Support squad to obtain high level cost and delivery time estimates.
- Own Mortgage business as usual (BAU) maintenance tasks.
- Provide business support on existing Mortgages projects (e.g. business verification testing) may be required from time to time.

**What We're Looking For**
- Demonstrated relevant experience (3+ years) in product ownership or delivery of customer initiatives, preferably across business and IT.
- Experience in process optimisation, ideally in mortgages or lending portfolios
- Business Analysis experience, comfortable working with user stories and requirement gathering
- Strong communication skills, ability to manage and communicate with an array of stakeholders (technical and business stakeholders)
