Apply now.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, implementation, and support of AWS and Azure infrastructure solutionsDeliver and manage Microsoft 365 migrations, configurations, and user adoptionAct as an escalation point for complex issues across cloud and systems platformsContribute to the planning and delivery of cloud security projectsEngage in pre-sales and consulting with clients to scope technical solutionsDocument architecture, deployment processes, and troubleshooting stepsMentor junior team members and contribute to internal technical standardsTech Environment:AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda)Microsoft Azure (VMs, Networking, AAD, Defender)Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell scriptingExposure to security standards and compliance (desirable)Skills & Requirements:4+ years' experience in a Systems Engineering or Cloud Engineering roleSolid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and either Azure or AWS (ideally both)Experience working within an MSP, consultancy, or project-based IT environmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with clientsWhat's on Offer:A supportive team of 15 engineers with deep technical knowledgeA strong mix of project and consulting work — no monotonous BAUA structured certification bonus: Earn $5,000 for every 4 certifications completedDirect access to leadership, fast decision-making, and a flat structureWork with a company that invests in its people and promotes from withinType:Full-Time, PermanentSalary:Competitive + $5,000 bonus for every 4 certifications achieved
