**The Opportunity**
As a Subject Team Lead, you will lead a team of content creators and visual content designers to bring Humanities education to life for students and teachers across Australia. In this pivotal role, you'll champion the creation of high-quality content and take responsibility for the operational management and timely delivery of curriculum-aligned courses across our growing catalogue.
**What you'll do...**:
- Lead and inspire a team of content creators focused on the Humanities.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to promote growth and development.
- Recruit, onboard and train new team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Uphold rigorous standards for content quality, ensuring all Humanities content is engaging, accurate, brand-aligned and pedagogically sound.
- Periodically review and provide constructive feedback on team members' work to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Utilise Google Sheets and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) to plan, track and manage the team's project workflow and deadlines, and maintain our extensive project database.
- Use data to track, forecast and manage the planning and production of educational materials.
- Use insights including usage data and customer feedback to optimise course design and delivery.
- Collaborate with the Content Leadership team to improve and implement strategies for process improvement and efficiency, and share feedback and ideas.
- Inform the development of the content roadmap via feasibility analysis and forecasting, and execute the road map on time and to standard.
- Publish Humanities courses to the Atomi platform with a high degree of technical accuracy and editorial precision.
