The OpportunityJoin a dynamic and collaborative finance team as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at CSL.
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you\'ll help manage the full AR process in a small, agile team.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end AR responsibilities while working closely with company stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, and Business Partners.The RoleYou will manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including collections, cash applications, and credit management.You will investigate and resolve payment issues, including remittance errors and customer deductions.You will partner with company stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Service to resolve escalations and support customer satisfaction.You will monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts by phone and email.You will process manual credits/invoices and support ad hoc finance and audit queries.You will contribute to continuous improvement projects and reporting to identify process enhancements.Your skills and experience2-3+ years\' experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or broader finance roles.Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and intermediate to advanced Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, large data sets).
