As the state's largest not-for profit provider of disability services, Minda provides supported independent living accommodation, supported employment and community engagement options, as well as allied health and respite services.

**The Opportunity**:
Minda has an excellent opportunity for a Housing Officer to provide tenancy management services across its residential housing portfolio. The role will operate within Minda Housing Limited (MHL) reporting to the Operations Manager. As part of a broader tenancy team, the role is responsible for;
- Effective management of end-to-end tenancy functions.
- Actioning leases, bonds, tenant charges, inspections, and vacancy and end of tenant processes.
- Liaise effectively with stakeholders, e.g. tenants, families, Government Agencies.
- Provide support for SDA claims/service bookings and NRAS reporting processes.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a tenancy management environment.
- Sound knowledge of residential tenancy legislation as it relates to tenancy management activities.
- Proficient MS Office skills and competency with systems databases.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

**Desirable**:

- Experience within the Disability Sector (highly regarded)
- Experience in Community Housing (highly regarded)
- Experience with Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) tenancies.
- Experience with National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) tenancies.

**Other**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Current and unrestricted South Australian Driver's Licence.
- Up to date vaccinations against Covid-19.
