As an Editor and Videographer you will be creating compelling content that demonstrates the beauty, simplicity and value of the Canva platform and products. You will deliver video content to be deployed on social channels, spanning various executions and formats, partnering with creatives and the Community (channel) Lead.**About The Canva Creative Team**

- Our internal clients include the Product Marketing, Brand Marketing & Channel Marketing teams as well as internal business teams such as our Leadership, Community, Recruitment & Vibe teams. We are responsible for championing a consistent and human brand, and evolving it over time as we learn, grow and pursue excellence in branding. We scale through our external agency and production partners and collaborate with cross functional creative teams such as Product and Sales.**Responsibilities**:

- Shoot & edit video assets and social video content across our CanvaLife channels, Talent Brand channels, and Internal Comms and PR.
- Take briefs and run with them, collaborating with your producer in planning and executing, ensuring key deliverables are met.
- Camera management and maintenance.
- Organize and string together footage for outside agencies, press/PR and production partners
- Ensure digital assets are delivered on-time in line with expected creative quality
- Work with editorial, social, marketing, and creative to ensure project goals are achieved
- Upload videos and show packages to appropriate content management systems and media deployment systems

**Requirements**:

- Able to demonstrate your ability to always be creating new and engaging video content with your strong shooting and editing skills.
- A high level of camera, lighting and audio capture skills, you must be at home on set and know your gear thoroughly.
- A strong eye for our brand tone and style, maintaining this across visuals and edits.
- An in depth knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro editing software.
- Experience grading video content in Da Vinci Resolve.
- An understanding of audio mixing for delivery across all platforms.
