**Band 7 - Salary Range $106,626 to $119,182 per annum + 11.5% Super + ADO**
**Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience.**

**The Opportunity**
At Melton City Council, we are dedicated to creating a vibrant and liveable city for everyone. As part of the Technology team, you will be key to help deliver the Technology Change Program (TCP).
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality training materials that support the Technology Change Program's (TCP) learning objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop and coordinate various types of training, and learning materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, manuals, instructor -led materials, eLearning modules, videos, QRG's, and interactive learning experiences.
- Write clear and concise scripts for training content, particularly for e-learning courses, videos, and interactive modules.
- Develop or coordinate the creation of multimedia elements such as audio, video, animations, and graphics to enhance the learning experience.
- Tailor training content to meet the specific needs of different learner groups, considering factors such as learning styles, job roles, and industry-specific knowledge.

**About you**
**_ To be successful in this role you will have the following:_**
- Demonstrated experience developing content for various delivery formats including eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, and blended learning in a LMS platform.
- Demonstrated experience designing assessment tools and evaluating the effectiveness of training using feedback and learning analytics.**
