**We have part-time and full-time positions available for immediate start.**

**Personal Care Assistant who has a strong resident focus and is able to work well within a close team.**

WomenCAN Australia is looking for women interested in becoming dedicated carers in residential or community-based settings.

We would welcome new graduates or PCA's looking to return to work.

Essential criteria:

- Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care
- Valid National Police Check
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate (including booster)
- Positive and professional work ethic with a commitment to high quality care
- Exceptional resident focus and customer service skills
- Compassionate and empathetic person
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Sound computer skills

**Salary**: $20.96 - $28.60 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
