Due to recent business growth, WesTrac are now seeking the skills and experience of a passionate and dedicated **Business Improvement Advisor** to join the team.

Reporting to the Welshpool Operations Manager, this individual will be accountable for conducting activity relating to the successful delivery of assigned projects and tasks. Often working as part of a broader project team, the individual will utilise their relevant knowledge to analyse, engage and deliver desired outcomes for the successful completion of projects and assigned initiatives.

**Key Focus Areas**:

- Comply to WesTrac's project delivery framework and utilise recognised project methodologies to achieve desired outcomes and reporting completed as required
- Oversee continuous improvement initiatives within the allocated business unit/s
- Make recommendations to relevant business unit leaders

**About you**:

- Recognised Project Management Qualifications (PMI)
- Agile Project Management certification & experience
- Lean/CPS and 6Sigma Black Belt certification
- Project management experience in Manufacturing/Mining/FMCG/Services
- Demonstrated ability in successfully plan and coordinate schedules, budgets and production of quality project documentation
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of business financials
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Excellent demonstrated communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with all stakeholders of various levels
- Demonstrated experience in the identification of and actioning of improvement initiatives
