The role :
As a Manager in Training at the Charlestown store, you will work under the guidance of an experienced store leadership team to gain practical experience and skills needed to prepare you for a leadership position in our retail network, enabling you to successfully lead your own team of store members.
This plan is a 2-week comprehensive program that combines theoretical, practical, and hands-on on-the-job training to ensure you have the necessary tools for a successful management career with City Beach.
What you'll be doing :
Providing a superior people experience through a supportive and developmentally focused environment in our stores.
Working with store leadership and leading the store team to deliver on performance objectives related to sales, people, audit & compliance, visual merchandising, wages, and safety.
Ensuring operational tasks and team expectations are executed to standards.
Supporting leadership with team member performance and ensuring stores are ready for customers.
Managing wages in collaboration with store leadership to achieve profitability and operational efficiency.
Demonstrating effective leadership by providing feedback, support, and training to store team members.
What we are looking for :
Experience in a customer service-based management role.
Proven ability to drive sales and operational targets.
Strong communication and team management skills.
An energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations.
