**About the Role**

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Installer & Service Technician to join our skilled Melbourne team. In this role, you'll install, maintain, and repair our premium sleeper cab air conditioning units in trucks. You'll work in a supportive small scale team and interact directly with our valued customers to deliver outstanding service and technical solutions. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Install Icepack air conditioning units in a variety of truck makes and models
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Carry out routine maintenance and servicing
- Create custom installations based on customer needs (e.g. vinyl interiors, control panels, TVs, microwaves)
- Support the sales team with technical advice

**What We're Looking For**
- Strong mechanical and auto electrical knowledge (truck or heavy vehicle experience highly regarded)
- Experience with installing, maintaining, or repairing air conditioning units is well regarded but not necessary
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and a professional, confident approach
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- A flexible, can-do attitude with a focus on quality and safety

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
