Senior Architectural Drafter
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled drafter to contribute to the design and documentation of residential developments.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in low-rise residential drafting, proficiency in ArchiCAD, and a solid understanding of Australian Standards and building codes.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design and documentation of current and upcoming residential developments.
Coordinate with consultants and external drafting teams to support efficient project delivery.
Prepare accurate and detailed construction documentation for residential projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in ArchiCAD with strong documentation skills.
Solid understanding of Australian Standards and building codes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality, compliant documentation.
