About the Job
Are you looking for an active indoor/ outdoor role? We are seeking a Yardperson to join our friendly, supportive team in Wangara.
The Yardperson will be responsible for loading/unloading of trucks, moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport, moving building assets at our Perth Portables (Wangara) Branch.
You will be responsible for ensuring the yard is clean and tidy and following correct safe operating procedures and practices.

**As well as the following**:

- Clean and prepare fleet & equipment ready for hire
- Assist with basic maintenance of non high-risk fleet & equipment
- Load and unload fleet from vehicles, always ensuring safe loading and unloading procedures are adhered to
- Inspect fleet upon return and immediately report any customer fleet damage to your manager to allow costs to be recouped
- Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed and submitted

**Skills and Experiences**:

- 1- 3 years relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to load and unload equipment from vehicles
- Aptitude for hands-on, mechanical / maintenance tasks
- FL & EWP licence (desirable)
- Current driver's licence and white card (desirable)
