**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join the finance team on a 12 month contract. This position will be responsible for contributing to the Payroll team's accurate delivery of Cotton On payrolls processed within AU/NZ. You will work closely with the AU/NZ Team Leader on a daily level to ensure that employee data is maintained and accurate, support intermediate complexity query resolution & contribute to ensuring employee payments and employer statutory payments are made in accordance with AU/NZ industrial instruments, labour laws and legislation.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience with high volume, multi-site Payroll and T&A processes with any retail industry focus advantageous.
- AU Payroll experience of 2+ years (preferably end to end), exposure to any NZ Payroll desirable.
- Strong Payroll curiosity and drive for contributing to continuous improvement.
- End user understanding of payroll systems
- Introductory Award Interpretation experience
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Strong communication standards, written and verbal
