Overview
Food & Beverage Attendant at Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia, Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara, NT (20 min drive from Uluru).
We are seeking a customer service enthusiast who has a passion for hospitality and providing guests with unforgettable experiences. In this role you will undertake Food and Beverage Attendant duties in an efficient and friendly manner to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction in one of our outlets.
Key Duties
Follow outlet-specific sequence of service
Prepare and serve beverages as required, whilst also following NT RSA laws and house policy
Ensure dietary requirements are acknowledged and addressed to all relevant parties
Ensure guest satisfaction at all touch points in the guest journey
Note: You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role.

Requirements
