Mercy Community has an opportunity for an experienced **Property Officer **to join our team based in Nudgee. This role is offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

**The Role**

In the role of Property Officer, you will be instrumental in providing administrative and entry level property management support to the Property Team ensuring effective delivery of services. Reporting to the Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders (Real Estate Agents and Contractors).
- Preparing leasing documents, both residential and commercial, for approval in-line with internal processes.
- Preparing rental payment vouchers.
- Raising Purchase Orders to external stakeholders.
- Furniture and white goods procurement.
- Shared inbox management.
- Maintaining data integrity of our property database.

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will have previous experience with key operational property functions, as well as an understanding of financial management processes. You will have a general knowledge of Property Management legislation/act, an understanding of property maintenance, and an intermediate knowledge of IT systems such as Word, Excel, and finance based software. This role will suit someone who can provide a high level of customer service to support the delivery of services to clients and stakeholders.

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, effective time management capabilities, and ability to problem solve effectively. Your ability to prioritise workloads, deal with competing priorities, and work autonomously will be key to your success.
