About the Role
We're on the lookout for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team. This is a high-energy role perfect for someone who enjoys juggling priorities, engaging with people, and making things happen – fast.
This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving on the fly, and enjoys working with autonomy. If you're ready to grow your career in a purpose-driven, supportive team we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Source & match top talent in a high-volume, fast-moving environment for temp and contract roles in early childhood and outside of school hours care services
Be responsive to urgent client need, filling shifts quickly, enabling our clients to offer the best care to the children in their services
Build and maintain strong client relationships across our OSHC services throughout Brisbane
Deliver exceptional customer service while contributing to business growth
Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team building success from the ground up

Shifts
Rotating roster with early starts (6:30 am) or late finishes (6 pm) and some weekend work
Salary Range
A$73,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr subject to experience plus quarterly team bonus
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or sales
Experience in work force planning, rostering and scheduling is highly desirable
Strong relationship-building and lead generation skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines
A drive for continuous learning and development
A valid Australian driver's license, full working rights, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer WWCC
Knowledge of the education sector is a bonus
