**Bitu-Mill - our Profiling Division**is growing, and we're looking for **Skid-Steer Operators and Labourers** who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of a top-tier crew in **South Australia.**

**What you'll be doing**:

- **Operating**Skid-Steers/Bobcats** on road profiling and clean-up jobs**:

- **Supporting**critical road maintenance** projects that help keep SA moving**:

- **General labouring: shovelling, sweeping, spotting machines, clean-up**:

- **Working outdoors in a**fast-paced, team-driven environment**:

- **Learning and growing under the guidance of experienced operators and supervisors**

**What we're looking for**:

- **1-2 years' experience** on Skid-Steer/Bobcat in road works, construction or similar**:

- **A**valid White Card** (Construction Induction Card)**:

- **A current**HR Truck Licence** - or you're willing to get one within 6 months**:

- **You're**reliable**,**hardworking**, and ready to learn**:

- **Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor conditions**:

- **Bonus points if you've been around road profiling machinery (like 1m & 2m Wirtgen)**
