About the company/role: Our client is a leading producer of premium dairy products, proudly supplying major retailers across Australia.
They are currently seeking experienced Senior Machine Operators to join their team at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
These permanent roles offer both day and afternoon shifts and will report directly to the Shift Team Leader while working closely with the Production Manager, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure seamless production and operational efficiency.
Duties:Operate specialised machinery and computer software related to dairy manufacturingEnsure smooth production by supplying production lines with materials as requiredComplete pre-operational, CCP, CIP and visual inspection checks with associated documentationPerform daily personal and operational safety checks and implement risk control measuresMonitor downtime issues and assist with production bottlenecks/ breakdownsTrain new staff members and assist with managing workflowRegular manual handling, repetitive lifting and occasional exposure to cold conditions (12-16C)Skills/experience: Experience operating machinery in a food manufacturing environment is essentialMechanical and computer aptitude is required for this roleExposure and understanding of HACCP, food safety and WHS in a food production environmentCertificate III or IV in Food Processing is highly regardedAbility to troubleshoot and resolve machine and production related problemsThrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing team environmentCulture & Benefits:Opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facilityJoining a high performance and supportive teamFree parking on-siteApply
