No matter which city we're based in, we're all in.The OpportunityWe're looking for an Account Executive or Account Manager to join our Sydney team.
In this role, you'll work on some of Australia's largest and most well-known brands, managing integrated advertising projects from brief to delivery.
You'll collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to bring big ideas to life and ensure seamless execution every step of the way.A Snapshot of What You'll DoDevelop a deep understanding of your client's business at an operational level and build strong, trusted relationships with their external agency partnersSupport your Manager and broader Account Management team in delivering fully integrated campaigns across advertising, CRM, and digital communicationsProactively manage briefs, timelines, work-in-progress, job numbers, and estimatesContribute to strategic briefings, development discussions, and writing well-thought-out creative briefsCoordinate measurement, monitoring, and tracking for post-campaign analysisBuild and nurture effective working relationships within the agency team by actively listening and seeking guidancePlus much more
Your Ideal ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience working as an Account Executive or Account Manager within a Creative or Communications Agency environmentProven experience managing campaigns and communication projectsKnowledge of advertising channels: TV, radio, print production, digital including social mediaExcellent written and verbal communication skills—confident and credible presenterPassionate about great ideas and committed to deliveryM&C Saatchi Group's AmbitionOur goal is to create and curate Cultural Power for our clients by connecting expertise in creativity, data, and technology to build iconic brands and solve complex challenges.We value diversity of thought and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
