The Opportunity

We're seeking an Account Executive or Account Manager to join our Sydney team. In this role, you'll work on some of Australia's largest and most well-known brands, managing integrated advertising projects from brief to delivery. You'll collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to bring big ideas to life and ensure seamless execution.

A Snapshot of What You'll Do
  • Develop a deep understanding of your client's business and build trusted, respectful relationships with their external agency partners.
  • Support your Manager and the broader Account Management team in delivering fully integrated campaigns across advertising, CRM, and digital communications.
  • Manage briefs, timelines, work-in-progress updates, job numbers, and estimates proactively.
  • Contribute to strategic briefings, discussions, and the development of well-thought-out creative briefs.
  • Coordinate measurement, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Build and nurture strong working relationships within the agency by actively listening and seeking guidance.

Your Ideal Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Account Executive or Account Manager role within a Creative or Communications Agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns and communication projects.
  • Knowledge of advertising channels including TV, radio, print, and digital media, including social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting.
  • A passion for great ideas and a strong commitment to delivery.
