We are searching for a passionate, enthusiastic, and intuitive National Account Manager to join our CPW team in Sydney.

Reporting directly to the Customer Business Manager - Coles, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the annual customer plans that are aligned with the overall business and customer strategies whilst achieving profitable sales objectives.

**A day in the life of...
- Define key strategies and plans for customers in line with business requirements.
- Ensure achievement of agreed customer targets/KPIs as required.
- Implement, follow up and update Customer Plans.
- Ensure complete support in development of category channel and field sales plans.
- Lead the development & execution of Ecom plans with the customer.
- Ensure adherence to all company principals and polices.
- Collaborate with peer customer managers to share Customer best practices.
- Liaise with marketing, CCSD, Fields Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives.
- Ensure development of careers, succession plans and development and coaching of direct reports.

- You possess strong category insight and commercial analysis skills along with strategic sales experience within a FMCG environment. You will have proven capacity to effectively deliver results while exceeding expectations. You will be a natural collaborator with a strong proactive mind-set and be able to influence those around you to drive your account growth.
- You will possess excellent presentation and strong communication skills as well as the ability to adapt your approach to achieve beneficial commercial outcomes. Your conviction, drive & ability to build strong relationships will set you apart as will your passion for sales and resilience to work within a fast-paced agile environment.
