Credit & Collections Officer

Reporting to the Collections Manager and working within a high performing team you as Credit and Collections Officer will be responsible for debtor management and performing daily collection activities across multiple businesses, systems and global geographies.

**Your primary focus will be**:

- Day to day monitoring and management of debtor ledgers
- Managing dunning procedures
- Accurately reconciling customer accounts, tracing payments, resolving discrepancies, and proactively identifying issues that require managerial intervention
- Referral and management of aged debt to external collection agencies
- Providing timely and accurate reports on the status of accounts, including aged debt analysis and collection progress
- Focusing on a process-driven approach for credit collection establishing clear, consistent steps to efficiently manage the collection of outstanding payments

**Who you are**:

- Previous experience in a similar Credit/Collections position
- Member of the AICM (Australian Institute of Credit Management) highly regarded
- Comfortable with learning and working with multiple new computer systems - Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience highly regarded
- Self-motivated, highly organized and results driven
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Due to the global nature of the role, multilingual capabilities will be highly regarded.
