We're looking for a motivated, dynamic leader to join our rehabilitation-focused team at the Compulsory Drug Treatment Correctional Centre (CDTCC). This role is a unique opportunity to play a critical part in supporting offender rehabilitation and community reintegration through a therapeutic approach.
**What you'll do**
As a Team Leader in Services and Programs, you'll oversee the delivery of therapeutic programs and case management for offenders with severe substance use disorders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of five Services and Programs Officers, managing their professional development and HR-related functions.
- Acting as the primary liaison with the Drug Court of NSW, Justice Health, and Corrective Services NSW.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with community service providers to facilitate successful reintegration.
- Delivering evidence-based, accredited programs and intensive case management to offenders.
- Driving a culture aligned with human rights frameworks and rehabilitation principles.
**What we're looking for**
We're seeking an inspirational leader with the following attributes:
- Proven experience working with individuals presenting Severe Substance Use Disorders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a multidisciplinary team.
- Expertise in using strengths-based and therapeutic approaches with resistant clients.
- Exceptional time management, resilience, and attention to detail.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
