Your Impact:
Oversee daily village maintenance, ensuring resident satisfaction remains high
Cultivate robust customer relationships and facilitate village maintenance
Ensure a safe environment for all residents and staff members
Play a pivotal role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and happiness of our residents
Contribute to maintaining our village's high standards and enhancing the quality of life for everyone in our community.
Address maintenance requests promptly to ensure resident satisfaction
Conduct thorough audits for safety

What We Love About You:
Maintenance Experience:
Previous experience preferred, ideally in retirement village, aged care, or community settings.
Independence and Initiative:
Ability to work autonomously, exercising discretion and initiative in duties.
Effective Communication:
Strong communication skills to engage with residents and colleagues.
Tech Savvy:
Basic computer skills
Driver's License:
Valid license required, along with passing a National Police check.
