Team Leader role|based at Bendigo|intensive family intervention

**Your role**:
As the Lead Practitioner it is your role to liaise with DFFH, monitor risk and safety plans and identify performance trends and areas for improvement. You will lead delivery across evidence base programs which engage high needs complex families with the aim of preserving families and reunifying families.

**The skills you will use day to day**:
Lead teams or provide secondary case consults

Ability to reflect on practice and spot gaps in service delivery

Provide coaching and feedback

Previous experience in a therapeutic environment ideally utilising recognised therapy practices such as motivational interviewing

Knowledge and experience working with families with complex needs, mental health, AOD, family violence

Willingness to work outside of normal hours to see families together and at home

Ability to engage quickly and assess risk
