While this might seem like a simple role, we are also looking to invest in our current staff to develop management capabilities for the future.

SuperPharmacyPlus is a progressive community pharmacy located in Brisbane North specialising in categories such as diabetes, baby, mobility and incontinence.

With our team rapidly expanding, we are after another team member to help pick stock, pack orders and manage the logistics of a busy online store. As part of a team, you would be assisting people all over Australia and the world receive their healthcare supplies in an efficient manner to assist their needs.

One of Australia's top online pharmacy providers, SuperPharmacyPlus seeks to provide a large range of specialty products at reasonable prices.

Through our eCommerce team, our aim is to bring the widest range of high quality pharmacy and mobility products to the Australian market, provide new avenues of convenience for customers, and support health professionals and patients in their health journey.

**We don't do cosmetics, perfumes, and gimmicky products that don't work.** But we do source and sell products that make a real difference. Our team works with suppliers and manufacturers across the world to bring new and innovative products to the Australian market, making them accessible and affordable. Sending out thousands of orders each month, our online team have their own packing facility onsite and work with multiple staff roles available.

**You will, with the support of your team**:

- Contribute to the rapidly growing independent community pharmacy.
- Facilitate access to appropriate products in a streamlined fashion.
- Support other staff in the eCommerce team.
- Fulfill eCommerce orders in a timely manner.

**eCommerce Fulfilment Team Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Pick stock from warehouse and pharmacy areas on a daily basis
- Pack orders in an orderly and efficient fashion
- Assist with processing returns of products
- Liase with our customer service team regarding queries
- Replenish stationary and packaging supplies
- Maintain layout and order of online packing facility

**Skills and Experience**:

- Essential_
- A proactive attitude and passion for achieving better outcomes for people with disability in the health system.
- Strong desire to solve customer's issues
- Evidence of ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritise efficiently according to organisational needs.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in picking products
- Have a process driven approach to completing tasks
- Ability to complete complex tasks with speed
- Preferred_
- Previous fulfillment / packing experience
- Knowledge of eCommerce systems or customer service
- Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare or other retail environment

Full Time hours (5 days Mon-Friday) DAY SHIFT
