Lead Ecommerce Fulfillment Operations

We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our team in delivering a seamless online order process and enhancing the customer experience.

  • Proven track record of leading teams in a warehouse environment with excellent strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
  • Responsible for critical planning and execution during peak sales periods, maintaining accuracy and driving team performance through data-driven insights.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential, as well as flexibility to work varied hours especially during peak sales events.
  • Our ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, strong time management skills, and a fantastic attitude with the ability to motivate under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to optimize inventory management and logistics.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

The successful candidate will embody a positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented approach. They will be responsible for driving business results, improving operational efficiency, and building a high-performing team culture.
