Special Projects Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Strategic Initiatives:
Design and execute high-impact projects to improve operational efficiencies, scale business verticals, and drive innovation across the company.
Execution Excellence:
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of project initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
Analytical Insights:
Gather, analyse, and interpret data to guide decision-making, identify opportunities, and measure project success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Business Intelligence, and Operations, as well as external partners, to align efforts and drive results.
Problem Solving & Iteration:
Tackle ambiguous challenges, test hypotheses, iterate based on feedback, and refine solutions to ensure success.
Operational Improvements:
Dive deep into ground-level operations to identify pain points and implement sustainable, scalable solutions.
What we are looking for:
Owner Mindset:
4-6 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, strategy and operations roles in high-growth startups, or special projects teams in scaling organizations.
Analytical Prowess:
Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and apply them effectively to real-world scenarios.
Execution Excellence:
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Adaptability:
Proven track record of working on ambiguous problems, with the ability to innovate and deliver solutions with limited guidance or playbooks.
Collaboration & Communication
: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with external partners.
Customer-Centric Approach:
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions and operational improvements.
