**About the role**:
Join a team that places a strong emphasis on safety and has a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes. You'll benefit from the guidance and support of experienced operators who will help ensure your success within the company. Based at our Chipping Norton site, this role entails day shift work from 6:30am to 2:30pm or 7:30am - 3:30pm, with overtime available and paid at penalty rates.
**Hourly rate on day shift is $32.58 **
Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Operating forklifts and performing manual handling tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness in the yard and operational areas
- Conducting daily checks and safely operating machinery such as excavators, skid steers, forklifts etc.
- Adhering to safety procedures at all times
We are looking for individuals who value teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement and who are comfortable working at a steady pace to contribute to the team's success.
Ideally you will have:
- A valid forklift license
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced yard environment
- A positive mindset with a general willingness to learn Passion for working as part of a collaborative team
