As a Superintendent at Diona, you will provide overarching support to Supervisors, Team Leaders and project crews to provide a consistent approach across all work fronts. You will have a safety-first approach and will lead and motivate your team to ensure we are always delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering water infrastructure and utilities projects.
- Strong Safety Leadership capability with the ability to instil and lead a safety-first culture.
- Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the safety procedures and equipment used when working on or near underground utility lines.
- Knowledge of the materials, supplies, tools and equipment needed for installation, maintenance and repair of utility infrastructure.
- Current unrestricted Drivers licence.

Salary
- $100,000 per annum
