**About the Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Independents Brands Australia (IBA) team as a National Corporate Store Lead. The role of National Corporate Store Manager oversees the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and overall performance of a portfolio of liquor retail locations on a national level. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, operational management, customer service, and compliance to ensure that corporate standards and goals are met across all locations. The position requires a strong focus on driving sales, fostering a high-performing team culture, and maintaining industry compliance across various markets. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

**In this Role**
- Oversee the operations of multiple liquor store locations nationwide.
- Supervise, coach, and develop Store Managers and staff to achieve performance goals
- Drive revenue growth through the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Ensure stores adhere to corporate standards for operations, cleanliness, and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with national, state, and local regulations related to the sale of alcoholic beverages
- Lead in-store marketing, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance brand visibility and attract customers
- Provide regular performance updates to senior management regarding sales, store operations, and customer feedback
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to optimize store performance, including identifying opportunities for growth or improvement

**You're Likely a Match If**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the liquor, beverage, or retail industry
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team across multiple locations
- Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control to ensure the profitability of all stores.
- Experience in managing inventory levels, ordering stock, and ensuring product availability while minimizing waste and loss
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior leadership, store teams, vendors, and customers
- Experience in leading or supporting marketing campaigns and promotional efforts to drive traffic and sales in-store
