**About the role**:
Whilst working under supervision the Student Experience Trainee is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end student experience offered to participants of Asuria Training meets expected standards, leading to increased completions and student satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a high standard of customer service to all participants of Asuria Training
- Address any enquiries within three business days; and escalate any requests to the Senior as required
- Provide timely and accurate information to Student Experience Senior or Manager
- Ensure all activities and actions are conducted in line with compliance requirements
- Assist other team members to ensure compliance with internal audits
- Conduct follow up with enrolled participants that are at risk for attendance and course progress
- Follow all processes for end-to-e student experience
- Ensure accurate data entry within Student Management System and Learning Management System
- Attend weekly meetings with the Student Experience Seniors to confirm focus points, priorities and highlight achievements.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Minimum Year 12 Completion
- The Student Experience Trainee is required to be signed into a formal traineeship contract in BSB30210 Certificate III in Business over a 12-month period.
- Work experience and/or part-time employment during high school in any field
- An entry-level understanding of customer service
- Willingness to learn about Student management and Learning management systems
- Willingness to learn the relevant training programs on offer by Asuria Training
- Training hours will be supported through on-the-job learning, time per week for study and mentoring by the Student Experience Senior and Manager
