Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store ManagerAbout usBorn out of Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s with nothing but a dream to design and deliver a collection of affordable, high-quality garments not yet met by the market, Ghanda Clothing has quickly become a household name, as the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand, with over 100 locations across the nationA day in the lifeAs a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:Delivering the full to each customer who visits our storePoint of sale interaction and till reconciliationMaintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand directionProcessing stock deliveries and inventory controlAbout youAn ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will have:A can-do attitude and a willingness to learnThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong alignment with our brand and organisational valuesFlexible availability (including all school holidays)Their own reliable form of transportRetail/hospitality experience is desirable but not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experienceIf you think you're the next best thing to hit the #GhandaGang we can't wait to hear from you
