**Position**: Sales Assistant - Archies Footwear (Pop-Up Store)

**Company Overview**
Archies Footwear is a leading provider of arch-support footwear, specialising in stylish thongs and slides that combine comfort with fashion. We believe footwear should look great and provide essential support for all-day wear. We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our pop-up shop at **Noosa Civic Shopping Centre** during the summer months.

**Role & Responsibilities**
As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating positive shopping experiences and promoting the benefits of our footwear. Duties include:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers, highlighting the comfort and orthopedic benefits of our products.
- **Sales Processing**: Manage transactions, handle cash, and operate our POS system (Shopify) while working towards sales targets.
- **Stock Management**: Assist with stock counts, restocking, and inventory monitoring.
- **Customer Service**: Answer questions, resolve issues, and help customers find the right fit.
- **Store Presentation**: Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a strong understanding of our range to confidently support customer needs.

**What We're Looking For**
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers
- A friendly, positive, and approachable attitude
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Reliability and willingness to learn - training provided

**Shifts Available**
- **Mon-Fri**: 9am-1pm | 1pm-5:30pm
- **Thu**: 9am-2pm | 2pm-6pm
- **Sat**: 9am-5pm
- **Sun**: 10am-4pm

**Pay Rates (Casual)**:

- Weekdays: $33.19/hr
- Saturdays: $39.83/hr
- Sundays: $46.46/hr
