**Description**:
About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team leaders. You will ensure smooth day to day running of our onsite branch on various FIFO rosters. You will be a strong safety leader and supervisor of our dynamic team in the fast-paced mining environment.

**In addition, you will**:

- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety standards are met and demonstrate strong communication and leadership in this area.
- Provide reports and stats for the Branch Manager on servicing and KPI'S
- Ensure Service Technicians are undertaking their daily tasks set out and agreed by the Branch Manager and ensure night crews follow and adhere to report parameters set
- Coordinate and facilitate equipment servicing schedules and breakdowns
- Represent Onsite as its safety Representative and undertake all appropriate training as required

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Proven safety leadership experience
- Experience in rental, industrial, construction or related industry
- Valid motor vehicle license
- High risk work licence
- Commitment to safety
- Strong Leadership skills
- Ability to communicate clearly: verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task effectively
