We are currently seeking applications from experienced Dewatering Mechanical Fitters for upcoming opportunities.
Location: FIFO from Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing, or Kununurra to our Pilbara WA mine sites.
Roster: 7D7N7R or 7D7N14R.

Key Responsibilities- Routine servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on generators and diesel pumps
- Prioritizing and attending to breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Inspection and maintenance of Multistage Bore Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, fire pumps, and isolation and control valves
- Diesel trade background in Light/Heavy vehicle trade, as most work involves diesel-powered gensets or pumps
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated strong safety values
- Experience with Fortescue's computer systems (BMS, SAP)
- HR driver's license; forklift, CN, rigging, or dogging tickets preferred
