Opportunities exist to join CHANG3 Sunnybank as a Yoga Instructor. Our studio sits within a beautiful health, fitness and wellness centre, with free off street parking and generous discounts.

CHANG3 is a complete fusion of functional exercise, mental wellness and lifestyle. We are driven by a holistic approach to fitness, we innovate and educate so that our members are empowered to live a life enhanced. We offer an inclusive space with far more than just kettlebells, weights and classes. From meditation, yoga, boxing, we eliminate all notion of the 'boring' gym. We're looking for superstar individuals to instruct **Yoga**. Our newest instructors will ensure every Member's experience exceeds their expectations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use appropriate Chang3 software to conduct sessions and to facilitate new and current members
- Follow all Chang3 Scripting with high energy and from time to time incorporate any inhouse studio promotions/updates as instructed by Studio Manager
- Conduct entire session with high energy levels, the ability to motivate and explain proper and safe use of gym equipment
- Evaluate member's fitness levels and health conditions providing modifications and assistance throughout the workout
- Knowledge and understanding of each exercise in workout program
- Build positive relationships with all Chang3 clients
- Inform members of gym safety and hygiene guidelines
- Available to work flexible hours
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and other coaches

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Group Fitness Training
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness
- Yoga qualification/s
- First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and fitness management softwares (e.g., MindBody, Gymsales)
- Strong understanding of sales, gym operations and current fitness trends
